Akkarapol Sangasoongsong of Oklahoma State University has been selected as the winner of the 2011 CIS Student Paper Competition for his paper, "Willingness-to-pay Prediction Based on Empirical Mode Decomposition." He is advised by Professor Satish Bukkapatnam. This student competition is for papers and projects demonstrating or describing the use of industrial engineering tools in a computer and information systems (CIS) environment.
